Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY: a $10 service fee is assessed on any cancellation or date change. You must cancel 14 days before the reservation date to receive a refund less the $10 service fee. However, if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date, your deposit will be forfeited.
*The price for pavilions and entertainment buildings does not include gate admission or pool passes. No alcohol is permitted in the park. No pets allowed in cabins. There is an additional price for use with weddings. 2 night minimum on cabin rentals.
